Shipping costs include preparation and packing costs as well as postage costs.

We recommend that you group all your purchases into a single order: we cannot group two separate orders and shipping costs apply to each one.

Free delivery for any order over 200€ purchase to France.

Please allow 5 to 10 days following the confirmation of your order. Merci for your understanding! 

 

Please note that following a launch or before Christmas, the delivery delays are longer than usual.

Free return shipping is offered for France orders. 

 

If something isn’t quite right with you order, we will gladly accept unworn and unwashed items purchased in the last 14 days. 

Please be aware that any purchases with the label missing cannot be returned.

 

How to proceed ?

  • You can make a return request on our website on the ‘My Account/My Returns’ page or email us at help@yvoetmoi.com
  • We will email you back with details and a free return label
  • Pack the product you’re returning into a shipping container (feel free to re-use the one we sent you, but please cover up the old tracking barcode!).
  • Leave the package at the nearest delivery point or post office.

 

You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made (on the same payment card used for payment). Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our studio to process your return package.

Please be aware that any orders purchased with online gift cards or credit notes will automatically be refunded as a credit note.

 

Returning an article outside of France
