How can I modify my order?

You can add or remove items from your basket as long as your order is not validated.
To guarantee you the best delivery times, we prepare and ship your order within the hours following its validation. Therefore, it is impossible for us to modify your order once validated by you. You can only return the items to us for reimbursement once your package has been received, within 14 days.

Payment

Product prices are indicated on the site in euros for Europe, VAT included but excluding customs fees and other taxes. Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

How is my order being sent?

We send your items in plastic envelopes that are 100% recyclable, reusable and safe for the environment, the combustion of the opaque plastic envelope does not release toxic gas.
They are designed to keep in your mailboxes to avoid having to pick up your packages at the post office in case the postman is absent.

How to track my order ?

What to do if your package has been returned to the sender?
